The Japanese Rugby League has announced its squad for Sunday’s international against El Salvador at Mascot Oval in Sydney.
The match will be the first International for the Samurais since 2019 and the first time the side has faced El Salvador.
The Japanese Samurais squad features eight players from the National Cup competition, with Hiroshi Fukasaw, Hiroshi Fukasawa, So Miyake, Yuchi Mori, Travis Drury, Kazuki Otake and Seiya Kakuta joining from the South Ikebukuro Rabbitohs and Yuto Sasaki from the Kansai Kaminari also making the trek from the East Asian nation.
